Requesting participants to either portray themselves or adopt opposing roles, individuals explore the foreigner and the foreign within themselves throughout the session. By playing with the dialectical relationship of identity and otherness and assuming that I cannot exist without you and we, in turn, cannot exist without others, feelings of hostility and marginalisation will be generated on one hand, while on the other, feelings of connection and identification.
