The remnants of the once thriving industry, the overall image of abandonment that the city presents, act as a mirror for the citizens. It reflects in their soul's feelings of apathy, disdain, and disgust, the tendency to distance themselves from the community, generalising the sense of powerlessness within a collapsing world that daily loses what was once taken for granted.

P. 2: The image of the city's abandonment for many years disappoints people, distancing them from the public sphere, making them not want to get involved, believing they don't have the strength to change anything. The lack of active citizens is perhaps the city's biggest problem. The multitude and magnitude of the problems do not motivate them to become active. What is missing is the belief that something can change. Believing in change comes first and foremost.
