Episode 1

Here are collected all the feelings expressed by the participants about the current situation in their local community, working conditions and decision makers (anger, indignation, distrust, feeling of deadlock, frustration, disappointment, disillusionment, contempt). This is an episode of interaction between a young educator and a participant embodying the ministry responsible for education.

F.=Facilitator, P.=Participant

P. 2: I am addressing the Ministry, which changed its name in 2010 and became the Ministry of Education and Lifelong Learning, from the Ministry of Education. It was 11 years ago. This lifelong learning, when are we going to see it in action, applied to educators? Does it only come from the private sector? Because in the public sector I have not seen any particular change, only in isolated cases, that is, each person personally chooses to take it further. Lifelong learning has not become compulsory.

P. 4: I give up. The end.
