Okay, make the necessary infrastructure improvements first, and then bring the assessment. For me, this should be done first because many spaces are unsuitable. For example, there are facilities in the nursery where children sleep on the second floor. In the event of an earthquake, we cannot bring them downstairs. I experienced this in the Haidari earthquake. They were in bunk beds on the second floor when they should have been on the ground floor. If there was a stronger earthquake, at least fifteen people would have died, and they would all be children. Even though we requested a change for this, to bring the bedroom downstairs, it was not done.
