A man raises issues related to economic compensation, undeclared and unpaid work, unemployment, and job insecurity. Unemployment emerged, if not as the most important, one of the most nerve-wracking issues in the country for the 2010-2020 decade along with the adjustment policies adopted by the governments on the period that set up "work in the squad", as researchers of the phenomenon typically describe it. Simultaneously, for the economically active population, the abolition of protective measures and the termination of the national labour collective agreement put employment on such an uncertain basis that "you have one foot out the door at work".

P. 1: Well, in our group, we recorded roughly the same basic problems that the previous participants brought up. First and foremost, the financial issue. Essentially, we believe that a worker is not remunerated according to the work they produce, but much less than that. Additionally, we observed significant problems such as unpaid work, whether it's about employees' overtime, which many times are asked to work more without receiving the corresponding compensation, and unemployment, which particularly affects our region. Furthermore, the employment stability—the worker has lost the sense of job security and cannot develop family matters, essentially run a family plan, and realise the dreams of the whole family.
F. 1: What do you mean by job stability? That it's not a job that can last?
P. 1: Exactly! You are halfway out the door at your work. We also addressed health and safety issues at work, which are very important. Another rather significant issue is uninsured work, which I think falls under the broader category of economic issues. Another matter that we addressed was the skills and education deficit. Many times, workers are asked to produce work without having the required skills and the know-how of how they will do that. This is observed both in the private and public sectors. The work environment and the physical context that surrounds it needs development and improvement in every aspect. These were the issues we raised, the ones we discussed, and here is where we stopped although we had additional thoughts that we did not delve into.
